The Limited Edition Macanudo Gold has just been released. This cigar was produced from the 2000 Connecticut Shade tobacco crop. Daniel Nunez, Macanudo?s Cigar Master, selected a limited quantity of wrapper from the 1st and 2nd primings of the plants. This Golden Connecticut Shade wrapper is what makes this cigar so special. The San Andrean binder along with Piloto Cubano and Mexican filler are also selected from the same part of the plant as the Connecticut Shade wrapper (1st and 2nd primings). Together these tobaccos provide the same smoothness and consistency found in all Macanudo cigars with an amazing natural sweetness found in no other cigar.
